Hey hey…All is well, i have been a lil sick but getting better and getting ready for my next fight (July 11Th/18Th)…I just wanted to inform everyone as to what has been going on…My side project TEAM RAGE MMA is doing quiet well and we compete once again tomorrow in Tuscaloosa Al…I am now fighting almost exclusively for XFO & EXC (Xtreme Fighting Organization & Extreme Challenge)…For those who don’t know much about these organizations here is a little back ground info…
When Extreme Challenge pitches shows to venues there’s a slogan we like to use: Will the next great champion get his start in front of your eyes?
It’s a simple question backed in years of proof. Extreme Challenge has launched the careers of seven current or past UFC champions, plus champions of other fight organizations. The constant in all of this is Extreme Challenge founder and owner, Monte Cox. Monte manages nearly 60 fighters will about half competing at the highest levels in the sport. Many fighters want to participate in Extreme Challenge events just to be seen and evaluated by Monte.
Here’s a sampling of fighters who fought for Extreme Challenge: Pat Miletich, Rich Franklin, Matt Hughes, Tim Sylvia, Sean Sherk, Jens Pulver, Dan Severn, Jeremy Horn, Robbie Lawler, Spencer Fisher, Ben Rothwell, Drew McFedries, Brad Imes, Mac Danzig, Tom Speer AND MANY MORE!
So yes…Expect BIG-BIG things out of me in the Bantamweight division in the coming months(to include an xfo show I just fought on that will be featured on the new season of TapouT on VS)!!!
Thanks Gary @ Out Cold Sports Management, MMA Underdogs & Fixx Energy Drink!!!

Hey everyone…A lot has changed since my last blog-o-thon…I have offically started my Pro career, 1-2 is not how I wanted to start it…but…my opponents were very tough and both losses were a weight above my true weight class…I have my first bantamweight fight on May 16TH for the XFO in Illinois…I have stepped my training up to 2 and 3x per day & I will start training BJJ with UFC vet Roberto Traven next week…With all these changes comes a change in my fight name as well, no more “got stitches”, its a new era…One that belongs to “The Mercenary” Micah Goss…After all, I am a combat vet who fights for money…So it fits nicely, and a big thanks to my Sarah for coming up with it…Look for my VICTORY blog on Saturday!!!
